Heat Treatment Steel

Heat Treatment

Renine Metalloy's brand new ultramodern fully-automatic Heat Treatment furnaces provide unrivaled mechanical qualities to the materials. These state-of-the-art Heat Treatment Furnaces are supplied by Schlager Industrieofenbau GmbH (Germany).

The Oil & Water Quenching tanks have a powerful agitation system. This ensures quicker cooling curves (during the quenching process), resulting in a material with extremely consistent mechanical characteristics.

And, with a quench delay of only 30 seconds and temperature uniformity of +/- 3 Celsius, they are without a doubt the most advanced Heat Treatment furnaces available anywhere in the world. As a result, Renine Metalloys is the market leader for heat-treated Stainless & Alloy Steels such as -

Stainless Steels - 304, 304L, 310S, 316/316L, 316H, 316TI, 317/317L, 321/321H, 904L etc

Nickel Alloys - Monel 400, Monel K500 | Inconel 600, 601, 617, 625, 718, X750 | Incoloy 800, 825, 900, 925 | Hastelloy C22, C276, B3, C2000 etc
