Hastelloy C-276 Fasteners have a maximum recommended temperature of 1350° F, making them highly resistant to heat. This resistance is due to its high chromium and molybdenum content, which also make UNS N10276 fasteners resistant to general corrosion, pitting and crevice corrosion in both oxidizing and reducing media. Additionally, this alloy maintains a microstructure that increases tensile strength while remaining ductile at higher temperatures.
