Hastelloy flanges are built to ASTM B564 / ASME SB564 specs and are available in several grades—C276, C22, C4, C2000, B2, B3 and X. These alloys are made to handle tough environments. These flanges are corrosion resistant and withstand high temperatures and pressure which make it suitable for heat exchangers & reactors.
We stock and export all common types such as weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, lap joint and threaded. Weld Neck flanges are strong and reliable in high-stress applications. Slip-On flanges are easier to install when space is tight. Blind flanges are used when you need to shut off a pipe. Socket Welds work best for small-diameter, high-pressure lines. Lap Joint flanges are useful when frequent dismantling is needed and threaded types are often used in low-pressure settings without welding.
