Hastelloy Forging is a high-performance metal forming process that uses pressure to shape nickel-based alloys into tough, corrosion-resistant components. Renine Metalloys is a leading manufacturer of Hastelloy forgings in Pennsylvania, offering high-quality forgings in various grades such as Hastelloy C22, C276, B2 and X. Our Hastelloy forgings are known for handling extreme heat, pressure, and chemical exposure. Having expertise and years of experience, we understand the need for quality. We are ISO certified, and meet international standards.
Our forgings are used in industries that demand both strength and corrosion resistance. In chemical plants, they are used in reactors, valves and pump parts that handle aggressive acids. Marine systems use them in seawater equipment and offshore components. In aerospace, they are found in high-temperature engines and structural parts. Power stations use it in boilers and turbines. Pharmaceutical companies use them in clean processing environments.
The forgings have a tensile strength of around 690 MPa and a yield strength of 283 MPa. They are capable of 45% elongation, an average density of 8.69 g/cm³, and temperature resistance in the range of 1350°C to 1400°C. They are found to be pitting and crevice corrosion resistant and cracking resistant in both oxidizing and reducing conditions. We adhere to DIN, BS and other international standards, as well as ASTM B564 and ASME SB564. Before shipment, each product undergoes quality and strength testing. We inspect for material integrity, tolerance, and surface finish. We place a high value on prompt and reliable shipment, and we offer secure packaging to avoid damage during transport.
